I'll tell ya where to get it on tap in a couple of seconds. So some of you up north have had it in bottle, but fresh, and on tap, it's outstanding, and a bit of a different creature where the hop aromas and flavors just give you a love tap to the cheek. One beer advocate to another, it'd be BRUTAL, if I did not share. Xtreme Pizza in the Costco Shopping Center off Cal Expo and it will be this Friday evening, June 29th. WTF, Xtreme Pizza? Meet Uncle Freddy, and you'll understand why. A British chap who loves him some California beers and the hops that are tossed in for giggles. I mean, if you had to eat British food, you'd understand. He'll have Simtra and a couple others on tap this Friday like ZZ Hop from Auburn Alehouse and both Daddy's from Speakeasy. There's also one called Vendetta, too maybe it's the reborn the Don, aka 3XIPA. Enjoy.
Thanks for the update, I was asking Fred about it a week or so ago when I saw a few places around town had tapped ZZ Hop. I was there for the last tapping of Simtra and it was much better than the $10 bottles. Going to be rough though after tonight's bottleshare in Roseville.
