Sisyphus thoughts?

I wish I was the guy with a brother at Town Hall, that would be rad! I had actually just come up during one of the last comedy acts to grab a second beer and say that I loved the comedy and the fact that you were on BA, tapping into this part of the community. Cheers!

He is a brewer at the brewery/main location.

 

Stopped in yesterday for a quick flight with two friends. Awesome beer, great atmosphere and Sam was very knowledgeable and approachable. Really excited to try his barrel-aged stuff when that is ready, but I think this brewery is going to be huge! On tap last night was: Golden Ale, Double Rye, Brett IPA and Black Ale w/Coffee.

 

That Double Rye....Mmmmm....Mmmmm.

 

Going to be huge? Did you catch the part about the 3bbl brewhouse? I kid I kid. I'm pretty excited to go check them out. They sound pretty cool.

 

2bbl brew house actually, so yeah we are small, but with no desire to get much bigger. I typically do either 3 or 4 batches each week, and it's staying that way for the long foreseeable future. We want to expand by adding a live music/comedy venue, but that isn't something we are actively working on right now. Still very much getting our feet underneath us, but excited about where we are headed!

Y'all need to get in and try the double-hopped Double IPA because it will put you ************s in your place. You want hops? Now you've got em.

 

Yeah, because anger and insults are really going to get those of us who had bad first impressions to go back immediately.

Lighten up dude! There's good beer at Sisyphus and I'm trying to spread the word. I'm not sure how you read that as "angry" and "insulting"

 

I was in there Saturday, and there was no motherfucking DIPA, so you can all go to hell.

Still had a good time drinking what they had.

 

Tried to go to Sisyphus on Monday. Remembered they were closed. Was sad.

 

Went last night. Had the Cascadian which was alright, better than anything opening night. Girlfriend had the Brown Ale which was really solid. A lot of flavor going on with that beer. Played some Battleship and kicked ass.

 

All that matters is that you kick your significant other's ass at board games

 

Folks should get out and try the new #50.50 Imperial Stout while it lasts. Very tasty!

 

I was lucky enough to catch this as well, thought it was very balanced and thoroughly enjoyable.
