Site improvements — thanks

    Not sure if it's the work of Mike or Todd or some combination or someone else, but a lot of the site tweaks are quite nice. Over the past year or so, the site has been improved in a lot of small ways. The menus are good, the speed seems improved, all-round pleasing.
