Site Updates: April 22, 2014

Took a moment tonight to apply some unscheduled updates.

• Forums. Applied numerous bug fixes and improvements to increase stability.
• Events. You're either going or not, so when RSVPing to an event we replaced "Maybe" with "Watch." Watching an event will have more meaning down the road, but for now it simply tags events that you're interested in when viewing lists of events; works the same as before.
• Search. The algorithm used to search for beers, places or events has been optimized. Modifiers are no longer supported, however, partial words, common words, and multiple words are supported and the results are more accurate. This syncs the desktop search with BeerAdvocate mobile too.
