Interesting infographic on hop oil components. http://sixpoint.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/sixpoint_10_spice_of_life_2012.pdf I recently tried the Riwaka, it was fantastic. It seemed to be brewed in the style of their Resin.
Summer hops? I have not heard of that variety. Just had the Crystal. Pretty good for a malty IPA. Sort of off topic but when I had Resin I was not impressed with the first couple of sips, but by the end of the glass I wanted more. Sort of creeps up and grows on you.
That guy asked for feedback on that chart on the old forum. Never said it was going to be for profit IIRC. Then agian, if he had I would not have replied with suggestions.
But it is 80lbs of paper bro, 80lbs. Hopunion puts out a pdf with the same info for free, I am too lazy to look for a link right now.
A few of my friends pitched in and got me the Hops Chart for my birthday this year, it's swell. It may not have everything but it's such a nice graphic, and looks nice hanging on my wall :-) I do like Sixpoint's Spice of Life series, and I think their hop chart is pretty great. Just wanna snag one of the Spice of Life Glasses too, but I haven't seen them around at all . . . (yet).
I take that back. NB want's $3/oz for Summer. I found a place that has the SixPoints Summer on draft instead. I'll spend my money there instead.
