Hi ya'll, I've been lurking for years, but finally registered. A lot of great knowledge on aging beers here on the forum. I've read and learned a great deal. I'm just posting IMHO that my experiment aging 3Beans has not yielded positive results. It is a delicious 10% ABV Baltic Porter: one of my favorite styles. Aging has resulted in thinning of an initially creamy mouth feel and a decrease in depth of flavors. It has had 9 months in the climate controlled cellar closet. I don't think the can is implicated, as I've aged TenFidy well. Everyone's input on this particular beer or Baltic Porter is welcomed. Tags: six point, 3 beans, sixpoint
