Yeah, that's what I said. There's no incentive to go Saturday if you got locked out of the app sale.

did you get locked out, or just choose not to participate? there is a big difference between the two - if you attempted to purchase but for some reason could not, send us a PM right away describing your issue so we can help you out

    thanks

@TongoRad part of that is the saturation due to the quality of light at this time of year, the beer is actually lighter in color than that....

here's a better look at it:

besides, there is plenty of time for the hazy stuff later - like in October when the Smoothie drops...

dat Raspy tho? ever seen a beer with a pink head on it?

Click on the SIxpoint name under their avatar. A window should pop up and one of the options should say "Start a Conversation".
    Cheers!

Missed the window to purchase while abroad for a wedding, but this seems like a step in a better direction for buying beer directly from a brewery. Will be interested to watch the kinks work out (such as how beer is physically given to customers tomorrow) and see how @Sixpoint do with this method. With Threes already having a similar process, it would be a wonder to see additional NYC breweries do something like this so you could plan a monthly/quarterly buying spree for all your drinking needs -- whole new meaning for brewery crawl.

Is that an office or a dorm?

"Dorm" coming from the Latin word "to sleep" - so yes, it does function as a dorm for me sometimes! Lot of late nights at the brewery going all the way back to 2004....

The condescension in this thread is out of control.

Really happy with the experience today! Picked up some cans, got to try some free beer, including Smoothie and the merch/ murals are looking pretty cool. That being said, as I was leaving I saw this:

Very disappointing Sixpoint, I won't be back until my name is on the wall!

Cheers to the whole crew and especially Shane for representing the brand and the tasty beer they're brewing- being able to roll up, get your cans, enjoy some tasty food and suds accompanied by good music and people really should change everyone's expectations of what kind of service craft brewers can deliver.

i was mildly interested in these beers, largely because I had lil raspy a couple years ago on tap and enjoyed it. Sixpoints absolutely outlandish claims and just general responses in this thread have turned me off from ever buying their beers again.

It was awesome to finally make it out to the brewery! Everyone there was SO nice! I think like 10 people greeted me as I walked in. I got a case of the lil raspy and got the sauce. Lil Raspy + the Raspy Sauce is a goddamn treat! The IPA is so crisp and drinkable too. Great stuff all around!

Awesome event at Sixpoint today. Loved the outdoor space, staff was very friendly, the beer was great, the empanadas were awesome and Shane was super accommodating. Thanks Shane for going above and beyond! I had an absolute blast today!

I didn't buy the Raspy, but Shane was nice enough to share it with some Raspy sauce, not my favorite style of beer going in, but I loved it, so good.
