Sixpoint best by dates for year-round beers?

    From my understanding the BB dates for their year round beers are 1 year out. But it seems to me that it might have changed to possibly a 9 month shelf life. I was at my local liquor store and saw a Bengali with BB Nov 7th 2016, so how old is the beer?

    All of our core beers (Sweet Action, Crisp, Bengali, Resin) now actually carry a six month code date on them.
