Drinking this now and really enjoying it, it is a subtle beer but the flavors build the more you drink it. Perfect for warmer weather and chilling on the beach.

    looking forward to the feedback...

    not yet...

    oh no, you got us!

for real though, are you serious?

That's like saying, "how do you appreciate the subtleties and nuance of your favorite album when you listen to it over and over again?"

If anything, that's EXACTLY HOW you appreciate the subtle nuances of it. The more you listen to that album, the more subtleties you glean from it. You hear things you have not heard before....because its all about mood, context, and repetition. That same can be applied to your favorite movie, favorite book, or favorite beer.

Its actually the repetition that allows you to pick up on the subtleties and nuance. Contrast that with a salty sour bomb, which sensationalism fades over time. #FTW @JackHorzempa @SixpointJMH @CleanFiend @SammyJaxxxx @BeerVikingSailor
and also drives home our previous point...the more you drink it, the more subtleties you pull from it... nice one mate!

All this talk has me excited to hopefully get a few of these cans so I opened a 'traditional' Gose.

Well I am not Shane (@Sixpoint) but one of the aspects that I personally appreciate about Sixpoint Brewing is that they do both things well: they brew beers with "nuance" and they also brew beers that are "crushin' it". What Shane and the Sixpoint team are doing is following their passions on various beer brands (and dare I say beer styles?) and producing beers of worthy! When it comes to beer there is no absolute need to make an 'either or' decision but just follow where your heart takes you! A brewery can indeed make a beer that is their vision of a 'traditional' beer style (e.g., Jammer Gose) but also make a beer that pushes the envelope (e.g., Abigale Ale) and we beer drinkers can indeed drink all of these beers for what they are: tasty beers!

    Cheers to Sixpoint Brewing Company!!

Just posted a review. I enjoyed the heck out of it, but wanted a little more saltiness.

Really liked it. The corriander tricked my tastebuds into expecting a wit but it was slightly sour, slightly salty, and really easy to down. Keep 'em coming!

I got a sixer in Lexington last Saturday for a barbecue. It was the perfect beer for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. Refreshing and easy to continue drinking. All six went down a bit too smoothly, perhaps.

I'm pretty new to all beers, so take this with a grain of artisan salt; I tried this one yesterday and really enjoyed how mild the experience was...especially coming off the Victory Gose which was pretty darn tart.
If I could critique this at all, I'd say it came across as a bit "tinny" to me - maybe mineral is the better term. Plus $3 for a 12 oz of 4.2% is tough to do a ton of.
Overall this would be great at the beach.

This was my first gose, and enjoyed it quite a bit. For those that have had this and others, how does Sixpoint's compare?

Grabbing another 6. Wish it was around all summer.

To me Jammer is "Gose lite" or as my friend said "like a Pilsner with a little salt." Compared to the others i've had (Westbrook, Anderson Valley, local breweries) its lighter in flavor and less tart. I prefer the ones that have some pucker power.

Disclaimer: As will all opinions take it with a grain of salt.
