I'd like to see more rye ales. I loved V Righteous and - because I've never had it - would like to see Righteous return.

crazy.. i was thinking along the same line with a german/baverian beer theme.

    a few others:
-Oktoberfest release (i know pumpkin is not a favorite of my but personally i love what Carton does with their pumpkin and a sixpoint spin could be interesting)
-homage release? sixpoint's take on some of their personal favorites from around the country
    -barleywine's
-belgian quad with a few options
    -another release of jamer's!

I vote for either for more fruited berliners (especially in this weather), also maybe variations on Apollo

Belgian ales (dubbel/quad) would also be nice

How about taking a crack at a brut IPA? Seems like an interesting to try in light of the current IPA trends...

Dang, there's a lot of great ideas here! Luckily we found some Cantillon to contemplate all of this...

I saw Andre at the can pickup today. We started talking about beer and I mentioned that with the success of Alpenflo, I would like to see Sixpoint's interpretation of an American pale lager - no adjuncts - with a cracker malt taste and a crisp finish.

I always liked the idea of doing a 4th of July release red, white and blue themed. First year do imperial stouts, “red” stout would be a red ingredient like raspberry or strawberry. White could be vanilla or coconut. Blue could be blueberry. The next year you could do milkshake ipa’s, year after that berliners. Make it into an yearly series. I think it could be fun.

I think I may be late to this, but I’m a huge fan of sours and particularly spontaneous fermentation. The only brewery I the city I know of that does it is LIC, that has only been one (?) release. Seems like an awesome opportunity, especially since you were drinking the incredible cantillon. Also, some BA stouts? Since bean day was so fantastic, maybe another BA dark beer day.

Because I'm certainly arrogant enough to quote myself (pineapple juice, anyone?)....I may have spoken too soon. Spritzer Bomb is something really damn delicious right now. The aroma and flavor has similarities to a Dialed-In that @jrnyc gifted me a month or so back -- really nice fruity/juicy hop flavors that match up really well with the wine notes that are there.

I will say definitively this post that this is my favorite set of the small batch beers, even more than Bean day for the variety of flavors and aromas. All 3 are winners for me. Really enjoying how each release the beers keep getting better and better.

You must name a future beer, even if it is just a draft beer, "The Mayor". Our 2 cents from the peanut gallery.
