Missed the Raspy. Damn. Glad I’ll be in attendance though for this release. Been 2 months.

Yup Wild Raspy sold out in a little over 2 minutes. I didn’t know it was one per person but given that it was only 100 bottles that is definitely fair. Imagine if there wasn’t a limit would have sold out in like a minute or less.

Glad I hopped on exactly at 12 given how fast both the Raspy beers sold out.

Looks like we will have a solid crew of BAers there on Saturday. The usual cast of characters will be there starting around 12:15/12:30 until closing. Anyone reading this feel free to jump in here and we can meet up.

Again, wish I could make it, but have a bbq near home on Long Island. All these beers sound awesome!

I ended up picking up both the Raspys, looking forward to both. Ended up passing on Fruit Smoothie since I'm really not a fruited IPA person.

Snagged some Smoothie and some sauce. I can bring by some Kane cans if any of y'all have a fruit smoothie or raspy can to spare.

I can definitely spare 1-2 cans of each if you want to do an in person swap. PM me, I'll be there Saturday.

Looking forward to seeing the usuals and some new faces this weekend, and for the return of Raspy Sauce and @mcshk and I's slightly irreverent testing of it in not-meant-for-it-to-be-used-in styles.

I actually find purchasing on this app infinitely less convenient than monitoring beer counts and line statuses in this forum/instagram. I have been interested in trying these small batches but either can't make it to red hook in the window of time offered or I get shut out of the app because I'm not glued to my phone at the right moment. This app may be battling linelyfe but to me it's just substituting one compulsory behavior with another.

FYI - there are multiple pickup windows so you are not automatically committed to a single timeframe on the Saturday release day.

This particular release experienced an extraordinarily high sales velocity, which even caught us by surprise. Apparently there is a strong love of fruit beers that we underestimated...

hit us with a PM if you had any customer service issues with the functionality of the app....

    cheers

Happened to look at my phone right at noon and picked up both Raspys. Glad I thought of it and was able to pick up both. Looking forward to seeing the crew on Saturday!

I said it last month, but there is definitely a void in what I would consider “expiremental” beers within the five boroughs. Sure, there are other breweries doing the whole fruited milkshake IPA thing, but not any of the big local players. I think people have been following what you’re doing but maybe aren’t inclined to buy into another brewery doing the hazy NEIPA cans. Just my opinion, but this will be my first trip Sixpoint for the aforementioned reason.

Lots of local breweries in BK/Queens with multiple NEIPA cans available this weekend, none that I can think of with similar offerings to what is available at Sixpoint.

I mean Other Half is dropping a Blueberry Honey Oat Cream IIPA this weekend so its not like its not being done. I ended up passing on Smoothie cause I haven't liked strawberry in any beer I've had so far with one exception, beer it a sour or an IPA.

@Sixpoint, beyond Lil Raspy, able to share what else will be on tap this weekend? Please say Alpenflo and Citrus Jammer again.

Im very late on responding to this, but I love the BA sour in bottles, for whatever reason I would rather age/drink a sour in bottles than in cans, and really enjoy a bottle conditioned sour over something from a can. That being said, I love the convenience of cans, but as long as the beer is good, I would buy it in any format without much preference.
