yeah, it sounds like it might be the issue..... we even heard of some breweries taking the German hefeweizen route and shipping their kegs upside-down on a pallet, which guarantees them to be agitated right before pouring to give it an extra thick, yeasty and cloudy appearance....

 

Still looking for Puff in the Land of Lincoln.
Has this dysfunctional state been chopped from Puff?

 

Ganlys' in Sinking Springs,PA had this on tap.It was fantastic.Of course it didn't last long,but I was able to have 3.Another Sixpoint masterpiece.

Down to my last Puff I have always loved Resin and Hi-Res but this beer rises above them both for me. Please make it year around! It's my favorite Sixpoint offering so far and one of the best beers I have had this year. I'm sad to see it go...

 

Knocked this one out of the park too @Sixpoint. Absolutely delectable.

 

I enjoyed the Puff. I'm going to go Resin>Puff>Hi-Res.

 

When will we see 5Beans? Just cracked an all but year old 4 Beans and its tasting amazing! Cocoa and vanilla moved right up front after a year on this showstopper. I imagine the cardamom will add a spicy dimension to this beauty.

 

Seasonal release would be best for this year IMO

I'm a fan of Resin and Hi-Res, but I've fallen madly, head over heels in love with Puff. So much so that I cleared my local Total Wine out of their remaining 7 four-packs in preparation for my vacation this week. And I already had two in the house.

 

I was at a store yesterday out of town and grabbed another 4-pack. Happy day to me!!!

 

Bought 3 -4 packs & down to 2 cans. Best of Suxpoibt offerings in my opinion.

I just opened a 4beans can- BB- 16 jul 2016 thanks to Shane . Still drinking just fine !. Dark roasted malt &
The Madagascar vanilla beans are still there & coffee is perfect blend . Where is the 5 beans ? I have kept an eye
out for it to drop in Texas . I'm saving my last can of 4beans for a side by side W/ 5beans ! Puff was spot on !

 

Yeah, we aged a bunch of the 4Beans at 34F and cracked one open a couple of weeks ago - I personally think its better aged than fresh! Hop character has died down....

 

Dont care. Still no Louisiana distribution. No Puff for me on for my 30th b day and the birth of my first child in July.

Just wanted to let you know that although I've moved to Colorado, when my wife traveled back to NY a couple of weeks ago, I asked her to pick up a 4pk of Puff after I saw this thread. I haven't tried it yet but if it's unfiltered Resin, I'm sure I'll like it.
