Yesterday my store received Sixpoint's double dry hopped triple IPA. I was wondering if it was worth the buy. 11%abv, TIPA and only $14.59 a 4pk. I’ve had Resin, Bengali and a few others from them so I’ll probably pick it up tonight when I get out but was wondering others thoughts on it.

Boozy, very sweet, and piney. Oily and thick. Sort of like their regular Resin on steroids. Which I prefer over this version. Worth a shot, though. Your taste buds are different than ours.

If your talking about DDH Hi-Res it is good at a good price point. Not the best but 1 gave it a 3.78 which to me is a solid beer.

Not to be a dick but if you just want other people opinions on a specific beer, just check out the ratings on this site and Untappd. Would also be helpful if you included the actual name of the beer, which I'm guessing is DDH Hi-Res.

    Ouch. Tough crowd.
Find a place that does singles (if available) before committing to a full purchase.
Most of Sixpoint stuff is on the sweeter side (imo) heard this one's a bit more than others.

It wasn’t to bad. I was surprised with how sweet it was for an 11%

No worries, the reason I asked is because I was more curious about what people actually thought and if it was worth the price point for 4pk 12ozers.
