Anyone recognize this toast? It's from a drinking song sung by King Stefan and King Hubert in Disney's classic animated film Sleeping Beauty. What I want to know is whether this toast has any historical context whatsoever, or if it was completely fabricated for the movie? Moderate Google searching tuned up nothing. If it helps, Prince Philip mentions at one point that it's the 14th century. I'm curious what phrases were used in toasting back then?
