Hit the taproom over the weekend.

Hi Vibes Hazy IPA. Also got to try the new EXTRA Broccoli DIPA, bigger hitter at 9%, but great Mosaic.

 

Hi Vibes IPA in the can was good as well. Great use of Nelson and Riwaka.

 

They brought Wonder Leaf WC IPA back in cans this week. With Temps back in the 90s, this one was crisp. Strata, Mosaic and Citra.

 

Another good trip to the SLICE taproom in Lincoln this weekend.

Diamond Cuts Hazy IPA. Citra Hops, real good.




6th Street LAGER. Crisp n clean. Great finisher. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops

Another good Saturday trip to Slice. Several new beers on.

Got to try:
Concentrated Evil WC DIPA ,great Mosaic

Hazealand DIPA with Nelson & Riwaka this time, really good, but last all Nelson batch slightly better.

Elevated Minds collab with Burgeon WC IPA, some SKUNK for sure on finish

XXOJ DIPA, one of their most popular beers.

Elevated Minds collab with Burgeon WC IPA. If you like your West Coast IPAs DANK, like Skunk DANK, this beer is for you.

 

Slice and Alvarado Street Collab. GRIM REEFER Triple West Coast IPA. This one was excellent. One of their best WC so far. Nelson hops come through, also a mix of Riwaka, Citra and Mosaic. They went all out here.

 

Also got cans of Fader Friends Hazy DIPA. Collab with Short Throw Brewing from Connecticut. Galaxy, Citra and Sabro. One of the few beers that nail the use of Sabro in the mix. Big juice.

 

New Hazy Triple. Real good, getting close to that Green Cheek 3x tier. Galaxy up front, also Citra and Simcoe.

 

Great hop combo with Nelson, Mosaic and Citra. Macaroni Necklace Hazy IPA.
