I don't think that is "LEGALLY" possible....lol... Don't want a C&D.....

But I am sure they will have many Hazy IPAs in the 6 to 7% range. Probably at least 1 with a similar hop blend as YOJO. Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and CTZ

Looks like the first COLLAB may already being happening with Urban Roots in Sacramento per their IG story..... Hops: Mo, Sim & Ekuanot cryo. 15% Maris .. 149 degrees F... 8 to 8.5%... sounds like a DIPA.

 

Agreed. I think everyone in Sac/Roseville/Lincoln is excited.

But this is a much smaller operation. Looks like draft and crowlers only to start. Then dialing in the recipes on a smaller scale.

Tanks went in yesterday. More on the way.

 

First local COLLAB. With Urban Roots. "Urban SLICE" DIPA..... West Coast... Pretty Good.

On a side note OTPizza Lincoln just opened the new location right next door to Slice. Very cool place with a great tap list.

IPA - New England
Original Juice. OJ gets blasted with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Intense flavors and aroma's of peach, apricot, pineapple, and mandarin.

 

Went to the "Soft opening" on Sunday. Announced via IG and FB. Super casual. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good vibe.

Very small space for seating/standing, couple TVs with NFL on.



Beer was great, met with the standards you would expect from OG Moonraker quality.

Right now they have Crowlers to go. They will also fill glass growlers.



Looking forward to the next few weeks/months as they get more variety of beer styles going. It may take a little will due to the very small size of brewing capacity right now. Overall, a nice start.
