Doom and Mango Magnifico are amazing on tap, Mango Magnifico in bombers was hard to drink. I am hoping Doom is just as good in bottles as it is on tap, no biggie for me.... Its on tap here all the time!

I didn't care for the ABV hike in Harvest this year. Anyone know why it changed?

Just picked up a 4-pack of Backwoods Bastard and it has the plain black bottle caps too. Gotta just be that they ran out of printed ones.

They do have sucky labeling, always peeling from the corners and what not. Nevertheless, it doesn't phase me a bit when deciding to purchase their beers.

Many other states charge low price points for Founders beer. Just because some stores jack up their prices, doesn't mean that Founder's gains on those higher prices. I'm just saying, if you find Breakfast Stout at $20 a 4pk in KY, that doesn't mean that Founders gets the extra cash. Your store is cashing in...

Counterfeit beers are hitting the market! ZOMG. Founders is the Apple of craft beer.

some breweries will use different caps for more expensive beers in and effort to keep people from sneaking them into less expensive 6pks. i have idea if this is actually the case with founders.

lagunitas does this by using different color caps as does dogfish head.

Same in Minnesota. All their stuff is very reasonably priced. Just grabbed a Harvest Ale for 9.99.

I agree with MichPaul, your getting ganked by your store. I live in Chicago...Tax capitol of the world and walk out with a 4pk of Breakfast Stout for 10 bucks.

Do you mind supplying information to support your high price complaint? The breweries wholesale price is well with in the expected range. We are all working off assumptions here but your complaints are not consistent with the majorities experience.

Prices consistent with similar releases from other breweries?

Understand that most breweries breadwinners are their year rounds. It is a misconception that breweries make exorbitant profits off of limited releases.
