I have purposefully avoided RC small batch due to multiple QC issues from reliable sources, but a response like this makes me want to give y'all a shot.
P.S. If Purple Rhine was more tart (seemed like much of the tart feeling came from carbonation) and had more Prickly Pear, I'd buy it again. Do that and can it, I'd buy a lot

I bought 2 of these and tried one the other day. It was fantastic.

You should definitely give this Small Batch a shot.

Had this and Sunday Morning at the beer fest. Both were solid.

I'm drinking this now. I don't know what you were drinking, this is the most apricot forward beer I've ever had. Nailed the fruit, zero/light sourness though. Tasty as fuck. And I like the taste of fuck.

I liked the Ranger Creek #11 more than the latest batch of Aurelian Lure.

I've sworn off these guys for the past QC issues, but after reading the response from @RangerCreek_Mark i bought one and am having it now. Damn good beer, glad I gave them a second shot

I was smart enough to listen to Lisa about Purple Rhine and Small Batch No. 11 to get a good amount. Even with my personal excited consumption of both and recommending to all that will listen...Spec's Smith Street will have for a decent amount longer.

I'm hoping Ranger Creek can keep this momentum up. I have my hopes up for Sunday Morning Coming Down.

It was solid. Nice coffee notes without overdoing it.

So does that mean Ranger Creek BBA Mesquite Smoked Porter is coming back sometime soon??

Currently sipping on Small Batch No. 11. It's pretty frickin' awesome. My only complaint is the small bottle format, I really do hope you guys at Ranger Creek bump to a 500ML or 750ML format, but that's simply because I enjoy sharing these styles of beer and hate opening multiple small bottle formats to do so. Cheers.

I hear what you're saying but am the opposite. I don't have craft beer buddies so the small format is right up my alley. I always wanted JK to make smaller bottles for that reason. Good luck to you, cheers!

Having one right now. I think it's pretty tasty, nicely done compared to some of the earlier small batches.

Purple Rhine was excellent. Maybe the best Berliner Texas has ever produced, imo. Needs to be made, year round
