Small Brewpub: Sorta Sour Release

    Hey Beer Advocate, I'm proud to release our first mixed culture sour beer and I figured I would post in case it piqued anyones interest.

    The Small Sorta Sour (summer)
    4% ABV, mixed culture berliner-weise

    I brewed a 7bbl batch of this back in January with TX Grapefruit, fermented with mixed culture pitch of l. brevis, Belgian saison, and brettanomyces. I then dry hopped with some Mexican mint marigold that we grew ourselves =>
