    One of the latest issues of All About Beer has an article on micro-malters. July I think.

    I like the BSA Harvest/Valley Malt BSA Notch Brewing's put out over the past couple of years. I like the idea of a Massachusetts terroir (however ill-equipped I am to make such distinctions), and I like the Valley Malt story too. I hope they keep it going.

    Riverbend Malt House is in Asheville and floor malts NC grown barley, rye, and wheat. Good people, good product.
