Agree, what I had out of the bottle was much better than any other time I remember having it in the tap room.

 

Totally agree. Searching for more bottles is pointless. I should of picked up a couple of more when I had the chance. $ is spot on with this SC gem. Thank you Smog City!

I just finished reading the article in BeerLAPaper from Jan 2015. Yes, I know, old news for some. It was buried in my pile of reading material and just got to it today.

Great interview with Jonathan Porter. I have to say after reading this Smog City just ticked up another notch for me. What a great story. I encourage other Smog City fans to read it.

 

Amarilla gorilla is an awesome price at the brewery. First time at the brewery, loving those hop vines.

 

Had Amarilla gorilla on tap at Seal Beach Beachwood.....I was very surprised...just an excellent beer imo

 

For anyone close enough to Costa Mesa, the Iron Press will have Cuddlebug (among other goodies) as part of their sour beer tap takeover on Aug. 18.

I was hoping to make it down for this release, but I too will be at Barrelworks.

 

It's a cunning plan, schedule a release for when a good majority of "beer people" are up in Barrelworks in the hopes that the crowd won't be crazy at Smog City. It's more than likely coincidental but I like to dream.
