    I haven't tried the Farmhouse, I'll have to get a hold of some. The S'muttonator is awesome as well.

    I thought the balance was a little off last year and it got cloying after a few ozs.

    One of my favorites. An excellent beer on its own or paired with some game and chocolate dessert

    BEST. BALTIC. PORTER. EVER. Very good aged for a little while. I have one left and really need to open it but I am afraid because then it will be all gone.

    I would say a year, but I think the one I have is an 09, so I am kinda breaking my own rule. Time to get into the cellar.

    oh yeah... i got banged up on this and wheat wine ale on friday..... the ol' lady was not impressed:angry:..... but yes, the first few were amazing...............

    Did anyone attend this years Extreme Beer Fest (Night of the Barrels) and get to try their barrel aged version??
    On Saturday they had a barrel aged version of their Robust Porter, which was amazing!

    Smutty's Baltic is fantastic, but Grande Cuvée Porter Baltique - Les Trois Mousquetaires, destroys all in the Baltic Category.

    Smutty Baltic Porter is fantastic, and the BA version at FoBAB was even better. Olfabrikken Porter is my favorite baltic porter: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/11063/31956. I didn't realize that it's been retired and was very sad to discover that it was. If you can get your hands on one still, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

    Love Robust Porter, Old Brown Dog, Finestkind, and Gravitation. They did a killer Rye IPA last summer too as a short batch and I was a big fan of Herbaceous. Smuttynose consistently puts out great beers at an unbeatable price.
