I heard today that Smuttynose should be in Kentucky in a few weeks or so.
I noticed Pazzo's had it on their pint night list a week or so ago. Very exciting indeed.
Yes, just talked to my rep today, should be coming in the next week or 2.
It is coming to Bowling Green, I would assume it would be going to Louisville.
This is great news. Been a big fan of Smutty for a long time.
I heard it will be throughout the state starting next week!
Never had a Smuttynose brew. Which ones should I keep my eyes out for?
Big A and Finest Kind.
I haven't had Smuttynose in forever, but I remember their prices being great and their beers being above average. Love Big A and Barleywine.
Love finest kind. I would add Baltic porter
We've had Smuttynose in Ohio for maybe a couple years now (more or less), my favorites are the Baltic Porter, Robust Porter, Imperial Stout, Really Old Brown Dog Ale and the Finest Kind IPA. For the most part, pretty much everything I've tried from them has been good.
Saw some cases today at Good Foods.
I guess I will have to schedule a business trip to KY and get a couple of cases of Finest Kind IPA. Does anybody know a good vendor in Bowling Green?
Finest Kind has not landed in BG yet, Shenanigans and Winos both have Smuttynose.
Happenend to see some smutty bottles last night at Amerasia in Covington. Seems like the smutty has landed.
Just the standard smuttynose brews so far. Pale, iPa, brown and porter. Plus variety 12 pack.
Had the IPA at Pazzos on Tuesday. Have not seen it in bottles yet
Chuck's on Three Springs has the variety 12 pack (IPA, Brown Dog, Shoals Pale, Winter) with corresponding sixers.
Unrelated, but they've also got Sixpoint 3Beans which is a wonderful little thing.
Do they have Sixpoint Resin?? That is another excellent IPA/DIPA, and if so I will buy a case or two on my "trip"!
There are alot of places in Lex that have Resin.
Chuck's does, indeed, have Resin the last time I checked.
i've consumed two sixers of the ipa already since they've been here.
Haven't seen any in Maysville yet, but I can get their beers easily just across the river. I've had the Robust Porter which was delicious, hopefully it will hit shelves here soon!
At Chucks in Bowling Green, right?? My trip is looking more and more certain! Thanks.
