I guess with SN opening the brewery in NC this year we are getting some good and fresh stuff from them. But, every larger grocery chain around here has SN 12 packs, all of them, (Celebration, Pale Ale, Torpedo, etc.) on sale for $12.99 this week. But, I swear the Snow Pack has to be the best deal ever. You get a porter, a coffee stout, an IPA, AND the Pale Ale. Such a sweet deal, I couldn't help myself, I had to stock up on this one!

If you stock up, you better drink the SNPA and IPAs quick. Mine are already 2 months old. The odd thing is that the coffee stout is only 1 month old. I'm on my second Snowpack already, so I'm drinking the lighter beers first. That way, I can savor the porters and coffee stouts later. You're right about the price, it's a great deal and many stores are carrying them around my area for the same price.

Just got back from the shop and considered getting one, but was a little uninspired by the inclusion of the 2 year rounds. Even at $15 around here, I won't argue with the value. With the cool gusty weather, I needed something...chewier.

SN has great prices picked up Snow Pack for $13.99 and Celebration 6 pack for $7.99.

I feel like I remember the pales were older/oldest of the Beer Camp Across America pack as well. At least the Three Floyds.... I think.
But I totally agree the Snowpack rules.

Those same groceries stores also charge 12.99 for Celebration, so there's that.

Yeah, I might agree. It's thwarted my every purchase since it release as it's become my standard value barometer. I almost bought (fill in the blank $10-$15 deuce) but instantly thought for another dollar.........or in some cases a few less dollars I could have 10 more Sierra Nevada beers. Even if 3 of them are regular pale ales. $13 has certainly been spent on worse things.

Well, when I say stock up I just mean I bought two of them, but, you are correct! My SNPA is over two months past the bottling date and we are not far off the two month mark on the IPA. Odd that the Stout was bottled only a month ago. Even more odd I looked at the outer packaging and it is dated 11/2/14. Nevertheless, I agree with you that the ales need to be drank quickly, but that usually isn't a major problem!

Sure blows this years Sam Adams pack out of the water. And hell, it's even $2 cheaper at my store. In MA, no less.

Total agreement over here. After reviewing Coffee and Boomerang, both were really great. Already a big fan of Porter and Pale ale so 23.99 cases at Costco are a big winner. After I finish this case, if they are still on the pallets I am buying another. Great beers all around.

I seriously envy anyone who gets SN 12 packs for $13-$16. I bought the snow pack for $19.25 after tax and about the same for a 12 pack of celebration today. Still a good deal in comparison to other stuff on the shelf but it sucks knowing other people get it for way cheaper in their areas.

Wow $15 and $13? I bought one today for $16 and was happy. The Odell mixer sells for $20 here ...

It's definitely a good deal on some good beers but I prefer their 4-way IPA box

I paid 38 for a case here in PA so that's what, $19 a 12 pack...man do Pennsylvania prices stink. At least my room mate (the stupid one) bought the pale ales from me for $3 each.

I just picked up a 12 pack of Celebration in CT for $15.99. Anything under that is a deal!

SN 12 packs 12.99 to 15.99 everywhere in NC and just after Christmas--Celebration can be seen on "firesale" around 10$ because--hey--it's that "Christmas spice beer"

    I will be waiting.

At the Total Wine in SC Snow Pack was 17.99 so I passed. Celebration was 7.99/6 pack and 12.99 a 12 pack. I'm looking froward to when Lowes puts the Snow Pack on sale for 12.99.

I never understood why the SA packs were so costly and why they include that Cranberry crap either...
