    A good German dopplebock or roggen, a good recent one that I had is Urban Chestnut Winterroggen.

    Found one! Not an imperial, but it'll do. Now I have a Double Dry-Hopped PseudoSue to go with my Hop Stoopid. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

    I was much happier not knowing this existed. Now I have to hunt it down and buy a Viking horn to drink it out of. Anything less would be criminal.

    I have not had one yet, a snow day I mean. Sad but true. I am looking at NO SNOW but I like a big fat hoppy american barleywine on a snow day. Also a dubbel or a dopplebock.

    If I get a snow day here in E. Texas, I'll repost here. If it comes today I would have Duvel Golden Ale, True Vine Mermaids & Unicorns, Great Raft Southern Drawl, and a skosh of Bulleit Bourbon!
