It was probably because it was wet hops.

I'll be driving from Indiana to South Carolina the next day. Do you think there's any chance there will still be bottles available?

I'm trying to get some Cycle beers during next week's releases. I'll have one for someone if they want to throw me a Snozzberry!

How often does green man come out with these IPA offerings? Do they normally have em at the taproom?

are you simply going by the amount of time that had passed before wicked weed said that it was all gone?

No. @Gsulliv2 I have a feeling Hand of Doom was a one-off but Destroyer should be back this summer and The Beast might not be back around until next Winter. Still, I can't say for sure since these were all first-time brews. However Rainmaker, if you haven't had it, is just as good as the others I've mentioned and they bottle it in the summertime. That's the only one I can say for sure they're brewing again.

Nah was referencing posts where people mentioned that they initially saw it was sold out but kept refreshing and eventually got bottles about 15 minutes after the hour

The plan is to do a barrel aged beer a day all next week.

I'm going to have to 2nd this hopheads opinion here. I've only had the GM flagship IPA and it was like kerosene in a bottle. I have not had the others mentioned by @Immortale25. I like their porter and thoroughly enjoy their sours. GM>WW on sours. But WW>GM on IPAs. Every IPA I've had from WW has been great. Burglar, Freak, and even gluten freak.

I find myself wanting to call into work sick that day far more than I should for just 2 bottles of Snozz. This is more likely to have a higher bottle count than Bootsy did right?

If I was guessing, I'd say no. But i guess it's possible.

I would think this depends on if the bottle count is larger than Bootsy. Bootsy lasted until like 8:00 at 2pp and if there are more bottles of Snozz it could hang around a bit longer. Still a crapshoot of a guess though

Yeah...don't take my word as the gospel. I would think the difference is that people know that Snozz is awesome, whereas Bootsy was a bit of an unknown (although a good bet).

Yeah, and Bootsy didn't have a set release date that I remember, they posted around noon that day that it would go onsale at 3 that afternoon. Giving people 2ish weeks to figure out how they can get to Asheville to get a more well known beer in Snozzberry makes me assume it wont last very long. Could be wrong though, no idea what the bottle count is. Green Man did respond to someones comment on FB that it'll probably be gone the first day, but there's potential for a prepay system for people who cant make it on that Tues

They gave 5 days notice for the Bootsy release. Look at their FB page, announced on January 22nd and released on January 27th. Agree that is significantly less time advance notice than for Snozz, but it wasn't announced day of.
