So Cal Sours

    So I recently experienced sours and I want to get my hands on more. Anyone know some good ones that are distro in the Southern California area I should try?

    Thanks I do get Lost Abbey I will forsure pick one up. Also loved Sour in the Rye from the Bruery...

    It seems like everyone in SoCal also got a shipment of Consecration recently. I have seen it at four different places over the past couple of weeks.

    Duchesse de Bourgogne
    Rodenbach
    Lindeman's Cuvee Rene and any of their lambics
    Gueuze Tilquin
    Cuvee des Jacobins Rouge

    if you mean sours that are generally available in SoCal, dianimal's list is great (though duchesse isn't my thing) and I'd add Petrus Aged Pale, which is especially awesome at its price point.

    Specifically made in SoCal, The Bruery's wide catalogue of sours is probably a good bet - they always have a bunch on at their tasting room, and they usually come out with one or two per quarter.

    Rodenbach isnt distributed in socal currently (at least not in los angeles).

    Im just assuming you guys (little bear) get your beer from Beauchamp? I know with all the Reyes houses (Harbor / Crest / Gate City) we do Rodenbach but very small amounts.

    Black Market Brewing just released a Berliner Weisse called 1945 which I've started seeing on shelves around LA. Might be worth taking a chance on.
