I've seen it several places in San Diego.

Total Wine & More carries Rodenbach. The Huntington Beach location currently has Vintage and Grand Cru in stock ... I would imagine all Total Wines in SoCal have a similar selection.

La Folie by New Belgium is still floating around...it isn't cheap but it's delicious.

Rodenbach Grand Cru is a permanent tap at Live Wire in San Diego and it's only $4 at happy hour.

I know you're not anywhere near San Diego, Andrew, I just thought that was amazing.

Try Prairie Gold. It's pretty good.
Jolly Pumpkin La Roja's good too.

I believe both are still available at Hacienda in Brea, among others that have been mentioned.

We are Classic actually, and I've never seen any Latis products in their portfolio.

It's pretty good but I would rather have Golden Road's Berliner Weisse for a local example of the style.

I haven't tried Black Market's version yet, so I can't compare it to Golden Road's. But I agree that Golden Road makes a mighty fine Berliner weisse. I still wonder why they don't put that stuff in cans.

For all the complaints I've made about their beers (and I've made my share), I'm happy to give them credit for the things they do right. The new Point The Way IPA is a definite improvement. The Big LeBrahSki is a solid imperial stout which deserves a better name. And that Berliner weisse is just terrific.

Do you think they're reluctant to put it in cans and charge a standard packaging price for a beer that's 2.8% alcohol? I feel like a certain amount of the purchasing audience would shy away from it due to a different perception of value because it's so close to being a comparatively non-alcoholic craft beer.
