    Life is perfect.

Brewed up a Imperial IPA, deciding if I want to dry hop it in a few weeks when I move to secondary. Want to have it bottled and ready to drink by fathers day I think.

Went well, sat around and had some beers while it boiled away on the back porch.

Brewing a beer that doesnt really fit a style tomorrow. Going with Pilsen, Munich, and Vienna malts (maybe some Crystal 10 too), Sorachi Ace and Citra Hops, and Wyeast 3725 Biere de Garde. 4% summer session beer. Hopefully it works out well, I really just need to get rid of some ingredients.

Thinking about dry hopping the Serria Madre that's been in primary for the last 18 days. Do you think it's time?

Made a British Bitter and a Irish Red yesterday. Today I'm making a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone. I'm going to keg all of it and donate it to my best friends wedding.

First thing is try to figure out how to get the hop bag I used for dry hops out of the better bottle, never thought it would swell so much. Citra/galaxy ipa to transfer/bottle. Braggot needs to transfer for bulk aging. Just need to make the time after work.
