Wow second wave and some places haven't even got a first wave Lol but it's great they are giving more to the state that supported them for years wish more breweries did this

 

Anyone help me out. ....looking for a 6 pack up near Highland/White Lake, Mi. Told myself I didn't want to chase it but hear I am.

 

Why is it that this particular Meijer is getting its second batch of this size allocation, but other Meijer stores are not even going to be getting any?

 

This store is the #1 account in Washtenaw county, for brewer and distributor. So I've heard.

 

Well rave is located a mile away on Jackson, so it makes sense

 

Quite a few cases at Otto's in Elm Grove, WI ($16.99/6er)

 

Funny how most went to the big boxes. I'm thinking Bell's had some negative feedback last year about the pricing of Hopslam at the bottle shops and directed the Distro to send most to the cheap stores.

Thanks! I actually found it in the unlikeliest of places today on my way home but I appreciate you looking out.

I promised myself I wouldn't seek it out this year and pay some of the crazy prices but a secretary at my work said she stopped at a half-dozen stores looking for some for her husband with no luck. One store in the area said they'd put her name on a list when the next shipment came in for 35 bucks a six-pack. Couldn't in good conscious let her pay that even though she was prepared to.

 

$35 a six-pack? That's criminal. Is that part of the store's "Buy one, we get one free" promotion?

 

I learned to never underestimate what a store will charge hear in Metro Detroit, especially to people who don't know any better. Poor lady just wanted to surprise her husband with some beer. Not a ton of craft beer drinkers where I work so I have to admit I was excited when she asked me if I ever heard of Hopslam and was able to help her out.

 

Call them out and let them sit on their $35 beer.

Okay, great. $35 is criminal. Things have really gotten out of control around here.

 

Just left the Jackson Rd. Meijer in Ann Arbor. They still have almost a completely full end cap! It was well worth the 45min drive...

 

Hits distro starting feb 1st.

 

Its finally getting delivered in Central Wisconsin today, Stevens Point to be precise.

 

The Meijer in South Haven had plenty as of tonight.
