Societe Brewing 1st anniversary

    Yes, the changes to the format made me buy a ticket. Will be headed to Alpine after the early Saturday session, if anyone's interested in meeting up.

    Has Societe started to bottle any of their beers or does anybody know when they will? I was floored by how good their beers were during a trip to SD around October and I'd love to get some of my friends to grab me some of their stuff.

    They dont have excess capacity to bottle nor the equipment.

    No idea when/if they'll bottle. They'd have ordered more fermenters though.

    Dude in the tasting room said it will be at least another year before they start bottling.

    Christmas in July on Saturday for me. Got a ticket to the PM Sunday. I love living right around the corner.

    I've always heard they won't bottle any of their IPAs. Their first sours will be ready in about a 8-12 months but I can't say whether they will bottle them or not.

    Societe just announced that they are filling growlers with Butcher for the first and possibly only time during the anniversary, makes me even more excited now...

    Saturday's tickets are sold out, but you can still get tickets for Sunday's session.

    I believe the brewers have stated they are only doing sour beers in their barrel program.
