    Hi All,

The other week a friend of mine used a sodastream to add some bubbles to Adam from the Wood, and made it remarkably better. HotD and their delicious flat beers seem to benefit from a few added bubbles. What other beers do you think using a sodastream would be great for?

The last flat HotD beer I had needed far more than soda streaming It needed a complete transformation.

    honest answer:

I have done this lot sof times. I tend to leave stouts and barelywines unfinsihed with a bottlestopper in the fridge for day or two. Soemtimes if the soda stream machine is actually out on my counter when i take out the "old" beer i use it. Sometimes it make a mess.
FWIW i think all HoTD beers are super undercarbonated (and they all taste slightly infected to me) but i love them that way and i never want more bubbles.
