Has anybody found any bottles of Combat Marshmallow and/or Ravaged by Vikings outside of the brewery. SOB's site states that it will be distributed in the Chicagoland area but haven't seen any yet.
Should have said I've only seen Combat. No Ravaged outside of the brewery yet that I know of. Maybe this coming week?

Binnys Plainfield frustrates me. I feel like you have to have an in with the guy in order to get certain things. I asked if they had Combat on Friday and their main beer dept guy was completely clueless. Did they really have it and he was playing dumb?
Naperville Binny's got combat last Friday. It was gone in hours. Ravaged by Vikings is coming this Friday. Sadly I got no combat and will be out of town for the ravaged release. Would really like to send a few bottles to friends outside the Chicago land area
Picked up a bottle of Combat Marshmallow at my local place last week. I thought the beer guy said it was their first bottled distribution.
I had my bottle of Marshmallow on Sunday night while watching the Bears game. It didn't pair well with putrid football play... Honestly though, it was in the Good/Solid range. Nothing outstanding, but I'm admittedly not a fan of hopped up stouts, which this is. I was anticipating or hoping for more sweetness. Perhaps as the hops fade it will become what I was hoping it would be. I'd put it in the realm of a very young Night Stalker right now, but with less malty sweetness. Can't say I'd be scrambling to grab much more. Just wanted to like it a lot more than I did. Now the label art, however? SO cool.
I was in the same boat... With the name and the description, I was expecting a sweeter stout and was very disappointed by the amount of hops. I picked up three bottles on release day and can't say that I am excited to drink the other two.
