I am now the Beer Buyer for Kahns. Kyle (who was at the 86th St. location) has accepted a position with a marketing company in New York. Scott, MordorMongo, has already requested a few items and they will be arriving today (Rivertown lambic, B Nektar Meads, etc). If there is anything that you would like to see us carry feel free to send me a BM. We have an Indiana craft tasting tonight from 5-7pm at Keystone. We will have reps from Sun King, Flat 12, Great Crescent, Triton, and Upland and will also be pouring Mad Anthony, and Shoreline. We are very excited to have Triton and Flat 12 pouring with us for the first time as well as Stacy from Starlight pouring Great Crescent. Beerocracy beers will include Frangelic Mountain Brown, Bourbon County, and a few others. My personal bottle that I'll be sharing for the event is Firestone XV, one of my personal favorites. Also, who is going to the Microbrewers Fest? I'll be under the Cavalier/Founders tent.
Tell Kyle congratulations on the new position. That was my go-to store and he was always amazingly helpful with what was new or expected to arrive. Congrats on your new role too, Al!
Congrats Kyle! I'll be in up in Indy in about 3 or 4 weeks and if you get some of the B Nektar meads, I'll be in for sure!
