First does anyone have any of these left?

I bought two bottles of this beer at the Beer Dispensary in Apex. The first I had after a long day of drinking with friends in an attempt to convert a Heineken drinker. He liked it, but said it was a coffee drink not a beer.
SO i just opened the second today 6/4/12. While it's still a beautiful and flavorful beer I have to ask, does anyone else get a lot of butter in the nose as well as the taste at this point? I didn't taste any diacetyl the first time 'round, and, while I still don't have a fresh palette for this tasting after a bottle of cider and a 22 of Sierra Nevada pale ale, this time I'm getting a strong butter flavor to go with the delicious coffee and well chosen hops.

I don't want to skew the reviews as I'm not tasting this beer with my palette in optimal conditions, but I am curious as to whether anyone is tasting the same thing. I have to say that if this flavor was intended it does blend well, but in no way would I classify this as an IBA.

Starts like a coffee Stout then finishes extremely bitter, burnt malt IMO. Have to say I'm just not a fan of the style, whether it's good for the style isn't for me to say. Just had a pint on tap.

Just had my first one a few days ago...usually not a fan of duck rabbit but was pleasantly surprised by this one. Very nice beer imo.

agreed. it's not a bad beer but I don't feel like the name fits the beer, nor the beer fits the style. m2c
