    Oh yeah, definitely. Although that will also depend on geography and stuff. I'm always gonna go for the bang for your buck stuff. Fortunately, a lot of really good stuff isn't all that expensive.

    Nichts zu danken. I share your concern about the vagueness in the report, especially since one of the authors of the report is an author of the book they cite. .
