    (I find a nice sparkling water (Gerolsteiner, San. Pell., or Blue Italy) mixed with lemon juice and a nicer balsamic vinegar in varying ratios.) can you give me an idea of the ratios? Bear Republic Tartare Berliner Weiss sounds like something I'd like to get my hands on.

    Petrus is relatively easy to find and, in my opinion, quite good! I had it on draft last year = amazing!
