    Forgot how to reply to a post properly, I guess.

    used same grains twice, and yes oyster stout but with clams

    0.5 oz Saaz 30 min
    0.5 oz Crystal 30 min
    1 oz Columbus 45 min
    added 1 clam (meat and all) at 30 min
    25 clams at 5 min

    fermented with US-05 (no brett, or oak)

    OG: 1.040
    FG: 1.008
    67ish IBU

    ended up a little "thin" on the mouth but otherwise a decent brew.
