Jolly Pumpkins Madrugada Obscura and Bruerys Tart of Darkness both age fine.
the 2 other sour stouts I've had (Brewery Vivants Tart Side of the Moon and Blue Mtn Barrel House Sour Devil) are both relatively new so no experience in aging them.

Tart of Darkness and Sour Black (not exactly a stout but the flavors would argue otherwise). Both are amazing...haven't checked how they're aging but I've only heard good things.

Got two bottles of Funk Metal I'm sitting on. Had it fresh a couple of occasions but have a feeling this beer will only get weirder, which I'm excited about..

I just tasted a Dark Horse Aigre that had been aging for 6 months and I have a second bottle waiting. That was very interesting, but I dont know where it would go to make it better

From what I hear, Funk Metal is getting better with age. Which is awesome cause I loved it fresh. I got 3 more so I'll be drinking those over the next few years.
