cellar temp...55ish. Start cool and let it warm. Compare how you enjoy the different temps. Then drink your next one at that temp. Before all the beer "pros" weigh in, remember, its beer, drink to enjoy it. Whatever works for you in the end is the best temp to drink it at. I generally serve all sours at the cooler end of cellar temperature around 50 degrees unless the brewery recommends a different temperature. For example, Cascade recommends serving most of their sours between 40-45 degrees.
Thanks for the responses...gonna try my first FV13 out of the cellar this weekend...and bringing an FV13 along with hopefully the full Coolship lineup to DLD...so I guess those will be served at cooler temp...nervously excited.
