Omnipollo Nautilus, sorta. It's a blueberry sour brewed with vanilla and lactose. The vanilla is definitely a strong flavor, though certainly not the only one.
Just had Bruery/Jester King Imperial Cabinet, a sour/wild that imitates a Ramos gin fizz and has an orange/vanilla creamsickle thing going on. Definitely a little odd but enjoyable nonetheless.
Vanilj by Brekeriet was absolutely fantastic. That was the first time I'd had anything like it, and it blew me away. I'm going to pounce on any of their stuff any chance I get. I didn't realize any other folks used that in sours before. Also as mentioned Imperial Cabinet has vanilla in it, while it is an amazing sour, the vanilla isn't the primary component.
