Nice! I've been maintaining a culture for about 6 months now. Every now and then I throw in some dregs when feeding it. I think New Glarus has been the biggest contributor to date. I can't say that I've notice too much of a difference in the culture's character, but it's fun none-the-less. Thanks for the link!
