The Destihl Wild Sour series (I've had Here Gose Nothing and Flanders Red) are two of the sourest, most miserable drinking sours I've had... enjoy!

Side Project's La Fosse was easily the sourest beer I've ever drunk.

First, take this opportunity to thank God that you live in Illinois cause I know a certain Brewery that's putting out some amazing American Wild Ales. They're called Une Anne (kinda pronounced as Un-Nan-Ay). I'ved had about 8-9 sours from them and have yet to have one that I havn't immensely enjoyed. They got a mango, a passion-fruit, a grapefruit, a papaya, a strawberry, an amazing and unique elderberry, black raspberry, and a fantastic pineapple sour as well. Anyone living in Illinois who loves sours needs to start trying some from this brewery cause they are doing fantastic work. Some of them are among my favorite American Wild Ales.

Also, if your looking for something very tart try the Tart of Darkness from The Bruery, its an amazing sour stout that pours a color resembling an eclipse of darkness.

    Also, practically anything from Almanac.

Also, don't forget that Belgium puts out some of the best sours on the planet in my opinion. Try practically anything from Rodenbach (especially Rodenbach Alexander if you can find it) and the Cuvee Des Jacobins from Bockor, my favorite Flemish Red.

I'm going to agree with Upland, though I think the most sour was the Paw Paw. Fresh, that stuff burned the mouth, though my bottles with a year on it were excellent.

I found upland cherry lambic even more sour than upland kiwi. Upland sours are freaking intense.

I agree with this. I had it last year from a trade. I could have sworn my dentist text me upon taking my first sip of this sour.
