Tonignt I'll be at Bangers Sausage house for a sours and sorbet pairing event. We're pouring BB12, Boiler Room w/ Brett and raspberry, Dubbelganger(sorachi ace dubbel aged in red wine barrels with Brett) and Brett biere de saison. Should be a great event with some small batch beers that rarely leave Houston or the brewery for that matter. Hope to see some of you guys out there.
Sounds awesome! I sometimes think about making some sorbet with different sours, but then remember that I can't cook.
