it’s stout season, and I have some extra sours. Nothing crazy and not looking for anything crazy, looking for some big stouts, preferably barrel aged, barley wines are ok as well. I’d like to do a 12 bottle shipper,something like this, but can change up bottles,etc. Grey sail barrel aged wild ale with cherries Kent falls second nature (peaches) Proclamation the ender ( apricots) New England brewing comb over with apricots Idle hands p-funk (peaches) Two roads Jambic ( raspberries) OEC Roseaus I can fill the rest of the slots with other sours from the same breweries, some awesome Homebrew sours, or whatever, I’m trying to do this mostly with some beers from the cellar, but I can pick things up if need be. On your end, some stouts/bareleywines with some solid somewhat limited stouts/barleywines, preferably BA, and some whatever slots in the box. Big fan of old beer, verticals as well.
