Jester King is awesome...their beers are very solid and I think they will only get better with time. I'm waiting for the day we have the Heady Topper, Pliny, KBS type beer in our backyard. If anybody can get there I think it's JK...

Well if I can trade Jester King for that type of stuff I guess they are already there  I just set up a trade for some pretty great stuff shipping strictly Jester King's new Farmhouse beers. Watch out Weasel Rodeo and you really may get your wish!

I just did the same thing dude...It's amazing how well known JK is nationwide. All you have to do is say Jester King and people are willing to trade some fantastic beers to get a taste. I'm really excited about the future and can't wait for Weasel Rodeo...don't want to get my expectations too high but I've been waiting for JK to release a new stout. I mean with chiles and rodent poop coffee in a stout how could it not be amazing...?

Dunno if you know, but they also said that there is some Weasel Rodeo aging in some Whiskey Barrels. IF this comes together as I hope, I won't even want to trade it away for those heavy hitters

We actually picked up another BBXXIII last week in a random HEB(well, Kevin did). I myself only have two bottles now.

I saw some BBXXIII last week in WAY west Houston as well as Saison Brett...I could see the spot on the shelf where the BBQ had been the day before and I was pissed b/c I missed it.

I was able to try the Petrus over the weekend. Thought it was so so. So that's an improvement for me. I found the lindemans cuvee so I'll be able to try that soon. Also, looking forward to the JK event to try their sours. especially the sour Black Metal.

Just picked up some Noble King, and Le Petit Prince. I've got Thrash Metal, Farmhouse Black Metal, and drinkin in the sunbelt. I'm trying to find all of the other JK offerings. If anyone can help me out (mostly wanting some Boxers Revenge and Das Wunderkind!) I have some interesting stuff stored away in the cellar for anyone who can help me obtain some. Help a brotha out!

Dunno if they still have it but about a week and half ago the guy at Sunrise Mini Mart in north Austin sold me a Das Wunderkind! from behind the counter. I didn't ask for it, he just saw me looking at other JK beers and asked me if I wanted it.

Only 100 cases of Das Wunderkind were bottled. Pretty sure its completely sold out.

I was at Sunrise the other day (having already bought 2 bottles of Das Wunderkind there last week) and it looked like they still had 6-8 bottles left. Might be gone by now, but worth a call.

Right now I have both the first series and the farmhouse Black Metal, first series and farmhouse Wythcmaker, farmhouse Thrash Metal, and Das Wunderkind in the fridge. I'm starting to feel like a JK stalker.....

Missing Hoppin the Sunbelt! I won't mention Commercial Suicide.

I'm pretty new to this whole "collecting beer" thing, so I started after Hoppin the Sunbelt was long gone. Same for Commercial Suicide, which is the one that was recalled because some of the bottles were exploding, right? But from now on, I'm all in with them. I just dont know whether I'll buy Le Petite Prince, because I REALLY haven't liked it the couple of times I've tasted it at the brewery. I'm waiting for Mad Meg and Boxer to make it to bottles!

I'll have to go back tomorrow. I actually liked Petit Prince quite a bit when I tasted it at the brewery, would love to see it bottled in six/four packs, I'd drink it all day long in the summer.
