Tentative agreement about Adelbert's--Naked Nun on tap was one of the best beers I've had in the past year. Definitely exceeded expectations. I've only tried Nun and a super-carbed Scratching Hippo so far, however.

We will replace any defective bottle. All that we ask in return is that you let us know what the batch/bottle number is so we can track the issue down and fix it. The over carbonation issues with Rambler and Scratchin' Hippo is something that we've been working on very hard to fix. I'm confident that we've figured out the problem and future batches will be properly carbonated.

Glad to hear that you like what we're doing! The quad (and actually it was conditioned with rum-soaked oak from our friends at Pecan Street Rum) is just around the corner. I don't have a date yet, but I know that the label has been submitted.

when i talked to matt, he offered to replace my bottle and if i lived in ausin(which i do) that he wanted me to come by the brewery for a tour.

I never had the time to go over, but for me its the offer that counts. Real stand up guys.

Glad to hear it! Once the carbonation settled down, I enjoyed Rambler. I look forward to batch 007.

well, on wednesday I let rogness know about the flat bottle... today i came home to find a box with two rogness pint glasses and two rogness sampler glasses. awesome, i will continue to support rogness and any other brewery that knows how to deal with high dollar bad bottles.
