South Florida BAs?

What's up y'all?

I just moved down from NYC and am getting the lay of the land. I'm in west Miramar and would LOVE any beer tips for Miramar and the nearby areas! I hope there's at least ONE shop that gets decent craft cans between here and Union. All I've got so far is that the ABC on Pines has fresher Ghost bottles than the one on Miramar Pkway (7/1 vs 5/26). The Total Wine is shit. Also the Whole Foods has 2020 Bourbon County bottles, woo?

I've been working my way out to the local breweries, so far Invasive species is my favorite hops, but Unseen Creatures is next on my list to check out. 3 sons stouts are somehow even sweeter than Other Half!! How is that possible?

How big of a BA community do we have down here. We used to have irregular BA meetups in NYC. Is that something you all would do down here once we're not trending for covid records, get together on a saturday, shoot some shit over a beer or two?

 

Definitely some spots there I'll be checking out. I need to go by Tripping Animals again for my double barrel bottles that should be delicious! The S'mores was great, though I find s'mores stouts never taste that much likes smores.
