Gonna guess it didn't sell as well as they thought it did or they made more than they really needed. I like their beers, but no way I'm traveling down that far for an IPA. I didn't mind Quatrain hitting distro, so I'd be very happy if this one reaches near me.

Cape May City to Shore was a very nice find last night. Really enjoyed it

Yup. All within a half mile of each other, or thereabouts.

I have had a handful of beers from Nale House and they have been decent. They had a saison In a wine barrel that was pretty good.

I tried going to lower forge once but it was closed for equipment cleaning or something. I've never had one of their beers but all the feedback I have heard hasn't been good.

Has anyone tried the cans of Cape May Brewing's City to Shore?
I had it last year out of a growler and thought it was awesome. However, the can they just released tastes.....off. Maybe it's just "green" or maybe it was the food that I was eating. I really hope that it doesn't have any issues and just needs a week to settle.

Had a can last night. Love it as well, it's a little boozy but as it warms I actually like what the booziness does to the flavor. Awesome beer for sure IMO at least.

I commented above that I enjoyed City to Shore. I actually enjoyed it so much I went and bought a second 4-pack of it. Didn't have any issues with mine being too green or boozy though

My cans bought 2 weeks ago were perfect. No issue at all.

Shame. I tried another City to Shore last night and still got that off flavor. It's still drinkable, but there's this plasticky band-aid kind of flavor that throws me off. Oh well.

Me three. Nothing wrong with the four pack I picked up although I think it was much better on tap last time around.

Thought the DDH Fuego was really good. Also enjoying the Revolution Porter that was released last weekend.

Tonewood is my favorite. Great local affordable beer and 12 oz cans, and now a pils to the line up. They’re really all I’ve needed lately.

Any opinions on some of the "newer" breweries in South Jersey to go visit?

Have heard relatively nothing other than about Ludlam. Things like Vinyl Brewing, Death of the Fox, 7 Mile, Cold Spring... haven't heard much. Never heard about Human Village and only about Kelly Green bottles. I feel like there's a lot of unknown still in South Jersey that I'd love to explore.
