South St. Paul

    I know there is not a lot to be excited about beerwise this direction but I will be there this weekend and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a beer bar, etc that at least has some decent offerings? I'm talking the city of South St. Paul not the south side of St. Paul.

    Whole lotta nothing, unfortunately. Best bet would be to go to Lone Oak Grill in Eagan, or Bulldog Lowertown. You'll probably only be ~15 minutes from Casanova in Hudson, which could be an option, as well...

    Bugg's has Summit E.P.A. on tap, and the King of Diamonds has some import and Craft taps and bottles. But yeah, beer-ier pastures await in Eagan, West St. Paul, Mendota Heights... and there's always Cherokee Tavern. :sunglasses:
